This event happened during the September school holidays where we gathered 30 buys from 3 different farms for a workshop. The motive of the event was to assist the boys with decision making as they are faced with a lot of challenges on the farms. We also had to create a mind shift as the only thing they have on their mind is to become a farm worker. We received a lot of positive feedback from the parents of the boys regarding their behaviour at home.
